The Solution

When InGen began working with Tandem, the original mission was to provide support services and upgrades to their Sitefinity installation. In addition to that, InGen also developed a notification bar for Tandem and ended up managing the support services for Tandem. Now, when Tandem has a problem, InGen experts help take care of it.

The Relationship

What began as a simple partnership to establish maintenance of an existing system quickly grew into a bonded relationship between InGen and Tandem. InGen’s experts have worked on several projects since that original engagement including:

  • Creating microsites for providers – a subsection of the Tandem site
  • Migration of legacy widgets into updated Sitefinity systems
  • Developed custom widgets
  • Implemented a multilingual drop-down menu (site wasn’t originally multilingual)
  • Establish a custom header and custom navigation menu bar item

The relationship between Tandem and InGen is rooted in trust and respect and when a new project comes along, it cements that connection even further.
