Custom Application Portal Development

InGen developers created a fully functional application portal on Sitefinity 8.2 that enabled prospective students to:

• Enter biographical and program preference data
• Upload necessary admission documents
• Complete application fee payments via Sitefinity's eCommerce module using PayPal
• Submit all application components in a single, streamlined workflow
• Have submitted data automatically imported into CampusVUE, ensuring operational continuity and accuracy

Integration with Student Systems

The portal was tightly integrated with ACE's student information system (CampusVUE), enabling automated transfer of applicant data and reducing manual entry burden on internal teams while improving data quality.

Extended Platform Support

Following initial delivery, InGen continued to support ACE's digital ecosystem with occasional maintenance and additional projects, including enhanced system integration work (ACE Gateway) and advisory support for Sitefinity best practices during subsequent redesign efforts.
